Ross Brown has represented Pima Center across every phase of the asset's life, from original disposition and acquisition through ongoing property management and leasing. Most recently, we represented an out-of-state investor in the acquisition of a nine-building, 600,000 SF portfolio at the property. As the long-term broker and manager since the campus's original development, we have consistently driven historical occupancy above 90% and guided ownership through complex land lease structures and long-term asset strategy.
Long-standing tenant representation for a growing local company with national reach. Ross Brown has secured occupancy across three facilities: two in Arizona and one in Florida, supporting the company's expansion while protecting operational flexibility and lease economics at every step.
Represented both buyer and seller in the redevelopment sale of the Three Five Logistics site. The buyer subsequently developed a ±160,000 SF Class A industrial building on the property, which Ross Brown then represented for lease, a single relationship carried from disposition through delivery and lease-up.
Represented Dixxon Flannel in the successful renewal and negotiation of its 102,000 SF facility at 170 S Kyrene in Chandler. Delivered favorable lease terms that preserved operational continuity while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
Ross Brown has served as Luxury Auto Collection's exclusive real estate partner since day one, starting with their first 6,000 SF location. Over the years we have grown the tenant across multiple sites and business lines, culminating in their flagship 41,697 SF home at 9160 E Del Camino in Scottsdale.
