Ross Brown Partners has been building a practice inside one metro area since 1991. The relationships, buildings, and tenants that made that possible live here, and so do the causes we choose to stand behind.
We keep the firm boutique on purpose. That same principle guides how we give: a handful of Phoenix-area organizations, supported consistently over time, rather than a long list of logos. We pick causes our people already care about, and show up the same way we do for clients.
Every organization we support operates inside the Phoenix metro. Dollars stay in the communities our clients and team members live in.
We've backed the same organizations for years. Consistency matters more than press releases.
Our partners and staff sit on boards, volunteer at events, and lend the same judgment we use on transactions.
Over the years we've concentrated our philanthropy around two Phoenix-area causes. Each one reflects something we believe in, stable opportunities for local kids and consistent, hands-on involvement from the people who give.

Valley Guardians unites Arizona business leaders and community members to open doors for Arizona kids, through scholarships, mentorship, medical care, and direct financial support. The organization runs on a zero-dollar operating budget, which means every dollar raised goes straight to the children it serves.
To date, Valley Guardians has invested more than $5M directly in kids' futures, reaching over 8,500 children across the Valley. Programs span trade-school and college scholarships, a multi-year Executive Leadership Coaching Program for at-risk students, a Foster Youth Program, and holiday initiatives that deliver 20,000 pounds of food, 8,000 Christmas presents, and 4,800 backpacks each year to the Valley's poorest neighborhoods.
“Every child deserves a chance, and in a community our size, showing up consistently is the thing that actually moves the needle.”

Fore The Kids is a young professionals' nonprofit delivering financial support to local children's organizations across the greater Phoenix area. Their focus is enhancing communal values and furthering child development, ensuring Valley youth reach their full potential.
In just seven years, FTK has impacted more than 5,000 children and donated over $875,000 to Valley nonprofits, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley. Their flagship annual golf tournament brings together members of the Phoenix business community for a single day that funds programs for an entire year.
“The mission of FTK is to provide financial support to children development organizations to ensure the youth of the greater Phoenix area reach their full potential.”
We've watched kids grow up in the neighborhoods our buildings sit in. Giving back isn't a marketing exercise, it's the rent we pay for being here.
