Concentrix has signed a 101,000 SF sublease at 1601 W. Fountainhead in Tempe, taking three-and-a-half floors of never-occupied office space from sub-lessor University of Phoenix.
Ross Brown Partners represented Concentrix in the transaction, while JLL represented University of Phoenix. The deal moved from initial site identification to executed sublease and occupancy in approximately two months.
The transaction reflects continued demand for large blocks of high-quality, ready-to-occupy office space in the Tempe submarket.
