Developers MainSpring Capital and Forum Capital have broken ground on The Block at Pima Center, a 22-acre, 70,000 SF mixed-use retail and hospitality center in Scottsdale. At construction start, the project is already approximately 50% committed to a roster of national and regional tenants.
The Block is the largest new retail development in Scottsdale in five years, located within the Ross Brown Partners–managed Pima Center master-planned project.
Leasing for the project is led by MainSpring Capital and Ross Brown Partners.
