Ross Brown Partners has closed the sale of an 11,611 SF La-Z-Boy showroom on East Camelback Road, immediately adjacent to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The asset was acquired by Blueprint Capital REIT.
Bob Crum of Ross Brown Partners, alongside Darren Pitts of Velocity Retail, represented the seller, EBCO, Inc., from listing through close.
The location's adjacency to one of the Valley's most active retail corridors made the asset attractive to long-hold investment capital, and the deal closed with strong demand.
