Ross Brown Partners has closed the sale-leaseback of an approximately 20,611 SF garden-style office building at 8434 N. 90th Street in Scottsdale. The building was sold to a private investor on a new ten-year leaseback to P.B. Bell and MT Builders, who continue to occupy the property as their corporate headquarters.
Kyle McGinley and Shawn Dooley of Ross Brown Partners arranged the transaction, representing the seller through structuring, marketing, and closing. The sale-leaseback structure allowed the operating company to free working capital while preserving long-term occupancy under favorable terms.
The transaction reflects Ross Brown Partners' continued focus on owner-user advisory work and structured investment sales across the Phoenix metro.
