Starbucks and Texas Roadhouse have signed leases at The Block at Pima Center in Scottsdale, joining a growing lineup of national tenants at the 22-acre mixed-use development.
The signings continue strong leasing momentum at the project, which broke ground earlier this year already approximately 50% committed.
Leasing at The Block is led by MainSpring Capital and Ross Brown Partners.
