White Castle has confirmed plans to open its first Arizona location at The Block at Pima Center in Scottsdale. The deal makes The Block the brand's debut location west of the Mississippi River.
The 22-acre, 70,000 SF mixed-use center is located within Pima Center and represents one of the highest-profile retail developments in Scottsdale in recent years.
Leasing at The Block is led by MainSpring Capital and Ross Brown Partners.
